The Dunfermline New City Assembly is a new initiative about the future of Dunfermline, and we want you to be part of it.
The people best placed to make the decisions about the future of Dunfermline are the people who live here. People like you.
That is why we want a Citizens’ Assembly for the city. And with the backing of the Scottish Government, Fife Council and ERS Scotland, it is going to happen. The New City Assembly will bring together a group of people, drawn from the public like a jury, who are representative of all backgrounds. This will be an exciting opportunity to learn, to discuss and then to set out big ideas for Dunfermline.
It is easy to feel powerless, but it is also true that when we make our voices heard, we can change things for the better.
